1.Managing Partner
We are seeking a result oriented, energetic, dynamic, charismatic, business focussed leader.
The ideal person will ensure the business objectivities as they relate to achieving the firm’s vision.
Required Skills: Consulting Skills, Financial Management, Business Development and Sales, Performance Management, Project Management, People Management, Excellent Communication Skills, Entrepreneurship and experience running their own consulting practice is a plus.
Minimum 12 years experience with 3 years in a similar role.
Qualifications: Any degree, Masters degreee.

2.Practice Manager
We are seeking a result oriented, business focussed, project and process oriented, dynamic individual.
The ideal person will ensure the smooth operations of work based activities as they relate to achieving business goals.
Required Skills: Financial Mananagement a Plus, Book Keeping Experience is Mandatory, Performance Management, Project Management, Office Management, Excellent Communication, Staff Management.
Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years in a similar role.
Qualifications: Any degree, numerate degree a plus.

3. Business Development Manager

4. Events and Sponsorships Manager
We are seeking a result oriented, business focussed, energetic, project and process oriented and dynamic individual.
The ideal person will develop, plan and deliver value driven events, ensuring that corporate events (training, seminars, conferences etc) are planned and delivered to perfection while ensuring adequate funding in the form of ticket sales, partnerships and sponsorships.

5.Training Content Designer/Coordinator
We are seeking a result oriented, business focussed, energetic, project and process oriented and dynamic individual to design, develop and deliver content for our learning and development programmes.
Content include but not limited to training materials, brochures, articles, workbooks, slides, presentations etc. The ideal person must be detail oriented and strive for perfect delivery.
Required Skills: Excellent Written and Oral Communication, Curricullum Design, Excellent Use of MS Word and Powerpoint, Project Management.
